In August 4, 2016, Li Liang who is the director manager of Russian district of marketing department I of TKPE and the assistant Pan Yuezhang went to Beijing to visit Mr. Hart Betlov who is the Turkmenistan Embassy Commercial Counselor's, for the communication of power market of Turkmenistan.

We introduced our business scope and main performance of our company to Betlov. The scale and production capacity of Taikai Group were highly praised by the counselor.

Betlov counselor introduced political and economic environment of Turkmenistan to us. He said that the political situation in Turkmenistan was stability, and the prospective of power market was very good. Under the framework of “President of Turkmenistan: on the national guideline for reconstruction of living conditions in rural settlements, townships and towns and urban areas”, the electrification had included all of the country, especially the remote areas. The power distribution network and substation of rural areas would be reconstructed. More than 24 thousand kilometers power transmission line would be constructed. The high-voltage transmission lines and substations would be continued to build, and the future energy system of the country will adopt 500kV high voltage overhead lines. Before 2020, 500kV high-voltage overhead line of Balak Karshi Khanabad – Ashkhabad - Merv was planned to be constructed. In order to improve the reliability of power supply to the capital city, 220kV ringlike transmission line was planned to be built.

Betlov counselor said that he would give strongly support to Taikai for the future development of Turkmenistan, and gave us the related website information of Turkmenistan State Department of Energy and its domestic exhibition information. At the same time, Betlov counselor invited Taikai to participate in the Turkmenistan international energy exhibition which would be held in September this year.
